All our deliveries should take no longer than 7 working days depending on stock availability. Should there be any delay on this time, please contact us via email@example.com so that we can help track your order.

We want to make sure you are happy with your products and will work with you to solve any problems that may arise along the way.
Products are entitled to be refunded or returned based on a complaint. You must notify us within 3 business days of the delivery date for any damage claims to be considered valid. We reserve the right to deny any damage claims after this three day window, but we will consider all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will contact you (the customer) directly and if the product is deemed unsatisfactory then we will seek to replace the product or if in the case of complete dissatisfaction - a full refund together with return postage will be returned to the customer concerned.
